Have successfully led digital transformation in an operational or contact centre environment
Demonstrated experience in building and leading multi-channel contact centres
Demonstrated experience in leading large on and off shore high performing contact centre teams
Have worked for large, complex, corporate businesses, ideally in a listed environment
Exceptional communicator across all levels of a business
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
Have a strong ability to execute, leveraging capability of direct reports and others
Senior Leadership experience in a large organisation including accountability for third party vendor contracts and relationships
Strategic thinker with the ability to introduce innovative ideas
Skilled in anticipating and interpreting market changes to mitigate operational impacts
Deep understanding of the commercial drivers for contact centres
