What role will you play?
As the Head of Origination, you will lead our Corporate Property Group’s efforts to identify and execute commercial real estate banking opportunities. You will develop and implement strategic origination plans, foster trusted client relationships, and oversee complex transactions from pitch through to close. Your leadership will empower a high-performing team, drive collaboration across functions, and ensure alignment with risk appetite and governance standards.
What you offer
10+ years’ of experience in commercial real estate lending, investment banking, structured finance, or institutional property finance.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering trust and accountability.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with institutional and private clients, investors, and advisors.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Advanced knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes within the commercial real estate sector.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across legal, risk, and relationship teams to deliver end-to-end execution.
