We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced leader to step into the role of Head of Partner Relationships within our Growth & Partnerships team as a direct report to the Chief Growth Officer.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our AU and NZ partnership portfolio working closely with executive stakeholders to drive commercial performance, strengthen partner relationships and optimise outcomes across our existing partnerships.
This is a high-impact leadership role with strong visibility across the business, offering the opportunity to shape how we manage and grow our partner ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the commercial strategy of our insurance partnerships across AU and NZ
Driving commercial outcomes and partner value
Collaborating cross-functionally across our executive stakeholders to support our core and adjacent business lines
Maintain and enhance governance and reporting frameworks for partnership performance
Lead a small high-performance team
What we’re looking for:
Strong leadership experience within Greenstone or similar environment
Commercial acumen with a track record of driving outcomes through the team and by collaborating with others
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level
