Head of Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join our team at Poddar Diamonds in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, analytical skills, and web analytics expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day performance marketing activities to drive business growth and optimize marketing strategies

• Oversee performance management and lead a high-performing team to achieve marketing goals

• Analyze web analytics data to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign performance

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success

• Expertise in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
