5+ years in a digital marketing-focused role, ideally for a similar high-growth business
Proven track record of scaling lead generation efforts
Proven track record delivering impactful and successful end-to-end marketing campaigns
A data-driven (there that phrase is again!) approach to marketing with demonstrable experience gathering, analysing and leveraging data to optimise campaigns.
Experience preparing and presenting campaign performance reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to generate, or drive the generation of, compelling content
Experience leveraging both online and offline marketing channels.
Experience working with brand marketing, content and design to get the most out of your job
High-degree of ownership and ability to thrive in a demanding and dynamic startup atmosphere
Experience working in a fast-paced tech startup environment is advantageous.
