Industry: Candidates with exposure to Home Loans or Affordable Home Loans need to apply
- Develop go-to-market strategy by creating value propositions for customers,
defining business goals, and driving progress against targeted metrics.
- Formulate operating plans and monitor delivery of financial performance viz. core
and fee income, operating costs, margins, credit costs, ROA/ROE.
- Set the plan and direction for business teams across geographies.
- Design engaging and effective product communication for all stakeholders viz.
employees, channels, and customers.
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Operations to drive improvements in TAT and
quality across the journey
- Lead a team of product managers and associates catering to different market
segments
