The property's conservation and restoration rescued this 1+th-century residence from unsuitable intervention, making it a unique cultural destination.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Reservations at Haveli Dharampura in Delhi, India. The Head of Reservations will be responsible for managing day-to-day reservation operations, overseeing budgeting and sales strategies, ensuring hospitality standards are met, and leading a team of reservation agents.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Team Management skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales strategies
• Strong background in Hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
