Job Description
1. Responsible for overall Business Plan and Expansion of Retail Stores. Achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth nationally,
• To develop a premium brand experience through chain of store's
• Accountable for the top-line & bottom-line of the business.
2.Effectively manage and review P&L of all the stores to optimize store profitability and standards
• Overall management of retail stores including setting and meeting the sales revenue targets as per defined plans
• Month-wise sales vs. target results in value terms & percentage growth /drop monitoring
• Territory-wise sales achievement -percentage & value, Product wise sales achievement.
• Conducting research on consumer behaviours, operation activities, and industry trends to enhance performance
3. Ensure standardization across stores and brand essence
4. Define SOPs and drive implementation.
5.To identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively
• Driving customer retention and loyalty. Visual Merchandising and store experience. Inventory control.
6.To ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and procedures
Profile:
- 10+ Years experience in Retail or Hospitality
- MBA in Sales & Marketing/Retail/General Management from a Tier 1 Institute (Preferred)
- Bachelor's in Hotels & Hospitality/Commerce or BBA.
- Should be a Pet Lover (preferably a Pet Parent) and comfortable with Pets.
- Effective & Impactful Communication (Written & Verbal).
- Time Management, Delegation and Decision Making.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Leadership Ability to Mentor, Motivate and Coach to Inspire Results.
- Team player - experience in working coordination with multiple functions
