Job Description
We are hiring Head of Retail to lead and manage our foray into retail sales of Notebooks through omni-channel D2C setup. The incumbent will be responsible to build, plan and oversee the entire activity by its team and achieve targets through ensuring reach and growth in touch points as well as sales.
Responsibilities
• Build high calibre team
• Plan and Envision entire sales channel and pipeline
• Setup and ensure sales through all channels - Online and Offline
• Ensure high visibility on E-Commerce Marketplaces and also drive traffic and sales to our own portal
• Build relationships in offline channels and drive sales through innovative models
• D2C at core, find ways to cut out competition
• Strategise brand visibility in offline and online channels
• Part of core team and grow with company
Qualifications
• Minimum Graduate
• Hands-on experience of over 5 years in retail sales
• Work experience in Consumer Segment / FMCG / Publishing will be additional advantage
