Brief
• Designation – Retail Head – Sales & Operation
• CTC – INR 6.00 Lakhs to 10.00 Lakhs Per Annum
• Experience –7 years or above as a Retail Manager in the garment industry
• Education – Bachelor’s
• Office Location – Maninagar, Ahmedabad
• Traveling - Yes
Job Responsibility :
• Business Development
• Get in touch with prospective franchises from different parts of India.
• Maintain a progressive relationship with the franchise owner
• Discuss with them the brand and its expansion plans
• Plan a visit to the particular location to finalize store opening keeping the market conditions in mind
• Negotiate commercials and margin terms with them.
• Share MOU with Franchise.
• Once the location is finalized, must get the stock deposit and franchise fees before stock dispatch
• If we are to finalize a store in malls, get in touch with the leasing team of the mall and negotiate commercials.
2. Sales/Sales operation stores
• Accountable for sales target for store channel
• Prepare detail sales target for each store and provide necessary support for achievement
• Develop, mentor retail team for achievement of target
• Help marketing/visual merchandising team for the execution of all the initiatives.
• Accountable to maintain all store upkeeps and work closely with store manager to improve the same
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS as per process or required by the management
• Work Closely sales operation team to ensure timely availability of material
• Responsible to provide all necessary support to each store
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Recruitment, Training & Development of store team
• Track & monitor all commercial with the franchises.
• To be responsible for making sure that allstore policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
• Develop business strategies to raise the customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
