The Mission

We are hiring a pure revenue hunter to build India revenue from the ground up for , a fast-growing Legal AI platform.

This role is for someone who lives in the field, thrives on targets, and is obsessed with closing retail, partnerships and enterprise deals.

You will own India revenue end-to-end - from opening doors to closing contracts, expanding accounts, and building a predictable sales engine.

If you're most comfortable on client calls, in boardrooms, and on flights; not in meetings about meetings; this role is built for you.
What You Will Own

India Revenue Targets (No Shared Ownership)

Full ownership of India revenue numbers - ARR, bookings, pipeline, and collections.
Aggressive quarterly and annual targets with clear accountability.
Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline across metros and key legal hubs.
Hardcore Sales Person (Hands-On)
Personally hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close large retail, partnerships and enterprise deals.
Sell to professional and law firms, in-house legal teams, corporates, startups, compliance heads, and regulated enterprises.

Manage complex sales cycles:
demos, pilots, procurement, legal, pricing, and final closures.
Spend significant time on the ground - client visits, conferences, industry events, and partner meetings.

Travel & Market Coverage

Extensive, regular travel across India (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, NCR, and emerging legal hubs).
Build deep, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers through face-to-face engagement.
Represent at legal, compliance, and technology forums.

Revenue Systems & Discipline

Implement strong CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy.
Build repeatable sales motions, deal qualification frameworks, and closure playbooks.
Work closely with founders to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning based on field feedback.

Expansion & Retention Revenue

Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
Identify expansion opportunities within retail, partnerships and large enterprises and multi-office law firms.
Ensure deals translate into long-term revenue, not one-off wins.

Who This Role Is For

Must-Have
8–15 years of hardcore retail, partnerships and B2B enterprise sales experience with a hunter mindset.
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Experience selling high-value, consultative products to CXOs, General Counsel, Legal Heads, or Compliance Leaders.
Comfortable with long sales cycles, negotiations, and complex buying committees.
Willing and excited to travel extensively across India.

Strong Advantage

Experience in LegalTech, AI, RegTech, Compliance, or regulated B2B products.
Existing network in law firms, corporates, or compliance ecosystems.
Startup or early-stage company experience where revenue had to be built from zero.
