Head of Sales

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for the ocean freight division to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive overall growth for the company.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the company's customer base in the ocean freight sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the ocean freight industry to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and global economic developments to inform sales strategy.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team within the ocean freight division, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their targets.
• Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the ocean freight industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the ocean freight sector.
