Position Summary:
Provide Strategic direction to the National Sales & Service functions of Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans in line with Marketing strategies.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and Gross margins for existing and new products.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Responsible for distribution & Sales Co-ordination of Company.
• Maximizing new business development opportunities.
• Responsible for addressing the service requirements of customers thru Service engineers.
Experience, skills & qualification:
• BE & MBA - Marketing with minimum 20 years relevant experience in an engineering industry.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the capacity of National Sales Manager.
• Team player with strong Commercial, Sales & negotiation skills.
• Self motivated with Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead different teams working in multifaceted environments.
• Should be able to effectively communicate in English & Hindi.
• Proficient in ERP and willing to travel extensively
