- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent online research skills
- Background in Building Materials or AEC Industry will be preferred
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Sales/Marketing
• Min. 3 Years Experience in Sales and Marketing Role
Responsibilities
1. Creating/Maintaining a database
- Conduct online research on Google and other listing websites
- Find data and contact info of Architects/Interior Designers/Contractors who fit the eligibility criteria
- Store and regularly update the data in a near sheet
2. Cold Calls/Emails
- Make cold calls to designers and contractors in database
- Explain how our platform and services work and its benefits
- Convince them to sign up for the service and give product demo if necessary
3. Retention Campaigns
- Share messages on whatsapp with new products and other updates
- Resolve the queries of users and share quotations if requested by user
4. Handling Inbound Inquiries
- Answer all inbound inquiries for our B2B services
- Get the requirements of user and share quotations with them
- Assist them throughout the process of order placement, tracking, invoice, returns etc.
