Job Description
Location- Pune
SALARY - CTC : 4 to 5 LPA
1. Fixed - 3 LPA
2. Variable - 2 LPA
Eligibility:
1. Must be a graduate or willing to graduate in 2026.
2. Having experience in Edtech sales is a plus but must have 6 to 12 months of experience in hard-core sales.
3. Communication skills.
4. Team Management and having leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Own, deliver, and overachieve the M-o-M and Q-o-Q sales targets
2. Work on identifying accounts to be targeted, penetrating these accounts, and establishing excellent relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders
3. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the product
4. Engage and strategize with senior-level executives at client companies to demonstrate how the company can drive revenue to their business
5. Work on initiating conversations on the company product lines and spreading positive awareness about the company.
