Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base. Sales Execution: • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. • Implement effective sales techniques and provide training to the sales team as needed. Market Research and Analysis: • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences. • Conduct regular market research to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the management team. • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, market trends, and areas for improvement.
