Position: Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of the Brand Payal in a assigned way

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team

• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales targets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Fashion Design, Packaging, and Logistics

• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline and establish relationships with key customers

• Identify customer needs and generate new leads through client visits and travel across India

• Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to promote the company and its products

• Meet monthly and yearly targets and KPIs as defined jointly with company management

• Engage with clients for after-sales support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering

• Strong knowledge and experience in B2B sales of ready-made garments

• Own vehicle and valid driver's license

• Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Well-versed in interpersonal communication skills, well-dressed, and well-mannered

• Prior work experience is strongly recommended

• Enthusiastic to learn about the Fashion Industry

• Willingness to commit to the position for at least three years
