Job Title: Sales and Marketing Head

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Head to lead our growth initiatives and scale our business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at accelerating company growth and market presence.
• Expansion Models: Lead the rollout of various growth models, including establishing collection center partnerships, on-premise laundry partners, and other innovative business models within the dry cleaning industry.
• Investor Relations: Identify and engage potential investors to support expansion plans, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition to secure investments. Evaluate and negotiate equity offers on a case-by-case basis.
• Brand Development: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through strategic marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed growth targets.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the dry cleaning, laundry, or related industries.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing growth and expansion models, including partner and investor relations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and lead a team to execute on big ideas.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
