Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus
I am currently looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing for a much-loved restaurant brand in London. Vibrant neighborhood sites with authentic dishes.
My client is looking for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the industry. You will drive sales and marketing strategy and grow new business for the portfolio.
About the position
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
• Craft a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead marketing and PR initiatives, managing internal and external partnerships to maintain strong market presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
The successful candidate
• Previous experience in sales & marketing within hospitality
• Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
• ability to make effective commercial decisions
• Marketing experience
• A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual
• Ability to develop and manage relationships
• Strong communication and administrative skills
