Based in our Brisbane headquarters, this VP-level role reports directly to the Managing Director of AAP, with a functional line to the APAC Regional Head of Sales and Marketing. Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new segments to diversify and strengthen our regional revenue base.
Strategic Branding: Develop the annual Marketing Roadmap and lead our presence at premier industry events, including Avalon and Rotortech.

Relationship Management: Build and sustain deep, high-level partnerships with government agencies, key accounts, and industrial stakeholders.

A track record of leading multinational or geographically dispersed teams to achieve ambitious strategic goals.

Superior negotiation skills with the ability to translate complex bid requirements into tangible business wins.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
Leadership Profile
A "Customer-First" mindset that balances short-term profitability with long-term brand loyalty.
