Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Head of Sales (B2C). The role involves leading and managing the sales team to achieve business goals, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Head of Sales will ensure sales targets are met or exceeded while overseeing account management, analyzing market data, and improving sales operations. This position also involves fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting team members to excel in their roles.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and achieve targets
• Experience in Account Management with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in Team Management to lead, guide, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Strong Analytical Skills for market forecasting, data interpretation, and business growth strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in a leadership role within B2C sales is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
