We are currently looking for a Head of Sales for the Bond Division to strategically build and grow our Bonds product offering to our global clients. He/She should be driving the sales of innovative, tailored, jointly conceived, integrated, or co-developed solutions to our global network of clients with multiple applications (use cases); based on products/solutions available across the enterprise. the overriding objective of the position is to meaningfully contribute to the creation and success of EEB Bonds Solutions globally, to drive the establishment of the platform, initiate and sustain the origination/sales process, creation of an optimal operating framework and build a dominant Bonds Solutions business on a par with the best practices elsewhere around the world.
The position reports to the Global Head of Strategy & Leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own all plans and strategies for developing Bonds business and achieving the sales goals
• Architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
• Lead the EEB’s Bonds team to assist the Customers by providing an entire gamut of services, which includes;
• Preparing a techno-financial study and project report for the required funding;
• Preparing the Prospectus for Bond Offering;
• Taking care of legal requirements for the private listing of Bonds in the US market.
