Weโre seeking a SME Business Lead to lead our growth for the SME's in various sectors. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role offering Equity + Profit Sharing in place of a fixed salary. Weโre looking for a strategic and driven sales leader who can open doors, close large enterprise deals, and scale our GenAI adoption.

18 to 22 years of enterprise sales and business development experience in SaaS/AI-based solutions
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Own and drive revenue from the SME segment across India and selected international markets
Build trusted relationships with CXOs in various segments
Sell RAIYA Telephony, Concierge, and IDP as high-impact GenAI tools for various use cases
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle โ from outreach to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team as the business grows

Strong knowledge of SME Businesses , customer communication and Operational Activities
Proven success in enterprise-level tech/SaaS sales
Existing relationships with decision-makers in Small and Medium Businesses
Exposure to or strong interest in GenAI, conversational AI, and intelligent automation
An entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a hunger to build something world-class from the ground up
