Mantra Technologies is a pioneer in Software Product Development ( SaaS) www.mantragroup.com We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Professionals from SaaS industry with Global experience and managing P&L for this department. Selected candidate should be working from our Hyderabad office and will be responsible for developing, implementing sales strategies, set targets, drive revenue growth and few other responsibilities as mentioned below. The incumbent would acquire new accounts for new SaaS products. Work Location: Hyderabad (India) Work from Office Candidate profile The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in business management from a reputed university. Should have at least 15 + years in a similar industry with a proven track record Should possess excellent communication skills Global Market Exposure Outgoing personality Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and define sales goals and quotas. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive sales growth. Business Development and Account Management Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies for new products or market segments. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative and customer-centric approach to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
