EXPERIENCE
✓ A minimum of 9+ years in Sales of which at least 5 years in Sales of IT Staffing / MSP / RPO
currently.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Should have prior exp of Business Development / Sales in IT Staffing.
✓ Willing to travel - client locations on need basis.
✓ Should have IT talent deployment exposure.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓ Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
✓ Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
✓ Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to
clients
✓ Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives
✓ Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to
implement growth plans and sales activities
✓ Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target
levels.
✓ Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key
customers
