Job Description
> Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Bangalore.
> Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
> Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
> Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
>Customer Relationship Management Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
> Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
> To handhold, the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.
> Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Skill Required :-
Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, can work independently.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
