A client of Xponentials Recruitment Services seeks a competent Head - Sales & Marketing for two of their prestigious projects in Bandra and Thane. These are two positions.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing reporting into CEO. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analytical skills, account management, sales, team management, and sales management.
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Analytical Skills and Sales skills
• Min 10-15 years Experience in Account Management and Team Management
• Sales Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA/PG will be added advantage.
KRA
1) Revenenue Management
2) Team Management & Reporting
3) Sales SOP & Adherence
4) CRM Management
5) Sales Strategy and performance mgt.
6) Competitors Analysis & Research
Should be from Real Estate Industry and based out of Mumbai only. Candidates with experoence in leading team in mid premium segment in residential sales will be preffered. CTC Upto Rs.35 lacs per annum + Incentives.
