The Incumbent must have experience in handling big corporates and has good relationship within the packaging Industry
Aligns the organizations sales objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning , sales strategy development and forecasting and budgeting.
Develops and executes strategies , plan s to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Driving a strong performance oriented sales culture and develops new business opportunities
Leading and motivating the team to deliver on organizational goals and objectives assigned.
Minimum 18 yrs. for Head Position and upto 10 yrs for Mangerial position in Sales packaging Industry
Salary Package as per Industry Standards . Job location – Corporate Office - Jaipur (Rajasthan)
