We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the export division of agro trading - fruits and vegetables business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy and Planning: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and budgets. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
