The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy and Planning: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and budgets. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base. Sales Execution: • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. • Implement effective sales techniques and provide training to the sales team as needed. Market Research and Analysis: • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences. • Conduct regular market research to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the management team. • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, market trends, and areas for improvement.
