Brand and Corporate Sales Manager

Sirohi is looking for an experienced B2B/Institutional Sales Manager who has prior experience leading and executing large scale B2B orders with prior networks in the home decor and lifestyle space with an average sales target of INR 30L-45L per month.

We pride ourselves in being India's design-first artisan brand for home decor products, and hand-craft beautiful baskets and boxes for retailers in India and globally, while creating large scale incomes for retailers in the FMCG, Hospitality, Corporate Giving and Home Decor industry. Some of our existing clients include Haldirams, Anand Sweets, Innisfree, Uniqlo, Ashok Leyland, Consultancies like Bain, Accenture etc and multiple corporates who are looking for consciously made products.

Key responsibilities:

You will be helping us in our expansion into wholesale and corporate sales with focus on the

following sectors : FMCG, Large Mithai Shops, Hospitality, Corporates, IT/Advisory Firms in

Top tier cities

● Tap into corporates clients looking for CSR Gifting, Festive Gifting and General Client

Giveaways

● Strong understanding of our catalogue to help with product selection and pricing to B2B

buyers

● Defining the Sirohi reseller program targeting store owners and retailers in 2-3 tier cities in

India looking at procuring and stocking our products

● Prospecting, inbounds & outreach. Then closing, maintaining and owning. Setting up a

software or a platform to capture leads and track conversions

● Managing inbounds and creating a successful trajectory for them to become a partner

● Strong understanding of our catalogue to help with product selection and pricing to B2B

buyers in India and Internationally

● Strategic partnerships with boutique brands, home and lifestyle stores in tier 1 cities for

creating brand awareness

● You work smart. It’s easy to waste time on things that don’t drive results. You need to be

laser focused on the activities that have the biggest impact.

● Participate at various Industry Events and trade shows in India and Internationally to showcase Sirohi's selection of products and generate sales

● Collaborate with various teams at Sirohi including production teams to execute B2B orders timely

● Maintain relationships with existing B2B buyers while generating leads for new buyers and closing orders

● Work with relevant teams (design, accounts, logistics) to develop B2B catalogs, close payments and account payables

Does this sound like you?

• Previous experience in Institutional Sales, ideally in a Home category, or in a fast-growing consumer lifestyle category

• Minimum 5-7 years experience working in a similar role in a high paced/start-up environment

• Good understanding of D2C brands in India and Internationally

• Excellent presentation and communication skills including content writing

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an online retail context (merchandisers, agencies, logistics, customer support, etc)

• Love and strong understanding for artisan, handrafted products
