Hire, train, and manage Service Engineers
(Electrical).
Review and file all daily project reports.
Complete installations and repair as needed.
Oversee all facility department operations.
Investigate and resolve any client complaints.
Make sure the team follows all electrical codes
and standards.
Develop and improve departmental policies and
procedures.
Set and track the departmental budget.
Stock all equipment and tools.
