Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the QA team and QA process to ensure the highest quality standards for our software products. This role requires a deep understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
Leader with excellent decision making and communication skills
Take end to end ownership of defining and executing QA strategy & delivery for wealth domain
Design and implement effective QA system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Monitor and report on the quality of software products.
Define and implement QA metrics and KPIs.
Strive for continuous improvement establishing a virtuous feedback loop with the involved business areas and the end clients
Ability to teach, mentor and motivate employees to ensure quality standards are met
Great eye for detail, excellent in analyzing data and review skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Software quality assurance > 8 years
Previous proven experience in driving end to end test strategy > 2 years
Managerial experience (manage and build QA teams from ground up) > 2 years
Previous proven experience of working with cross functional and cross-geography teams
