This position shall responsible for leading Talent Management & organizational Development Initiatives in the Bank. Experience of Talent forecasting for key positions, designing Talent development & Succession Planning. Exposure to OD initiatives around Culture, performance management and Change Management. Designing strategic development initiatives for top and senior management, managing competency framework and building metrics for talent success. Expertise in Assessment and development center tools, measuring and monitoring talent management metrics and success profiling is preferred
