Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Technical Services department, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of centrifugal air compressors.
• Develop and implement technical service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address client needs and technical challenges.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in centrifugal air compressor technology is essential.
