Roles & Responsibility
• Manage global banking transactions, bank signatories and authorization limits.
• Negotiate/Monitor banking facility agreements globally
• Authorize worldwide payments ( designated signatory) and prepare a daily summarized bank balance report
• Review bank reconciliations and co-ordinate with the bank for audit confirmations
• Prepare and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly cashflows by regions/global
• Manage DSO and cash collection activities, working closely with billing team and business stakeholders
• Monitor new/existing bank guarantees, expiry/renewals for global business
• Liaise with banks and monitor compliance with credit facility agreement
• Monitor investments in deposits/other instruments.
• Anticipate borrowing needs and available funds for investment
• Efficient system of policies that adequately control treasury activities
• Automate cashflow reports for faster reporting to management
• Currency hedging as per the needs of the business/Fx risk management
• Review global compliances applicable to banking transactions
• Co-ordinate insurance renewals, data requirements for renewals, premium negotiations and payments
Qualification –
• MBA Finance/ Master's in commerce with specialization in treasury ops
• Must have worked with a multinational on global treasury/insurance related ops
• 10+ years experience in treasury
• Hands-on, can-do attitude
• Good MS excel knowledge and hands-on work exp
• Knowledge of SAP ( will be an added advantage)
• Good communication skills
• Proven working knowledge of banking industry rules and regulations
