About the business
Vision Personal Training is a network of 50 Personal Training Studios that are Franchised across Australia. We focus on long term behaviour and lifestyle change and have changed the lives of over 100,000 people in the last 10 years.
The business was established in 1999 with the purpose of both achieving client results and providing career opportunities for Personal Trainers in the health and fitness industry.
About the role
We are seeking an energetic organised individual to keep our HQ office humming! The successful candidate will be highly detail oriented and thrive when there are multiple projects and tasks that require attention. They will enjoy all things finance, legal and project management. A key element is supporting the HQ team and having a customer service mentality with Franchise Partners. This role is the lynch pin of our team and is a full-time office based role to commence 15th of September 2025.
Major tasks of the role include
· Project management of all Franchise legal work with our external legal counsel (renewals and new franchise grants)
· Be the key point of contact for our external finance partners. Ensuring weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks are prepared accurately and information is provided to GM/ CEO and RFMs as appropriate.
· Administration assistance supporting the GM / CEO diary management, travel bookings, project support.
· Co-ordination and planning of the HQ team schedule, meetings, team events.
· Franchise network support, Franchisee and HQ support via phone, management of basic IT requests, network email support.
· Office management, supplies, stationary, catering.
· Logistical and administrative support for Franchise events.
· Planning and coordination of our network annual conference.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
