Job Description
Strategy
• Lead and implement the vision, strategy and technology solution for OB&P systems driving change on transformation agenda and support the overall architecture strategy.
• Work with OB&P Hive lead to drive client focused technology roadmap and capabilities that will help to elevate the client experience
• Work in collaboration with OB&P business to ensure the delivery roadmap is well executed within the allocated funding to achieve the business outcome.
• Work with group and regional stakeholders to drive delivery strategy that is aligned with the overall CPBB Partnerships business strategy.
• Drive the Agile Transformation of the team to the new Ways of Working, by restructuring the team in alignment with target end-state with focus on squads, chapters, communities of practice and guilds.
Business
• Deliver OB&P system capabilities with modernized technology and increased speed to market.
• Deliver program benefits on time and within budget whilst adhering to organizational quality standards
• Develop and maintain an integrated portfolio plan with effective change management discipline
• Manage Hive OKR and QPR processes. Coordinate across multiple Hives for inter-Hive technical dependencies. Incl. management of people, budget, technical, security, cloud migration, obsolescence.
• Manage the dependencies, risk and issue across project initiatives with workable resolution to deliver target capabilities.
• Manage 7-12 squads in 4 countries delivering a multi-year book of work.
• Define strategy solution delivery approach that is cost efficient to optimize business values.
• Drive change and adoption of new technology & delivery model with Agile, DevOps, Cloud and identify working opportunities on innovation.
• Ensure full DevOps and SRE adoption to increase stability and serviceability whilst optimizing time to market
• Embed strong and effective stakeholder management with outstanding communication skills
Processes
• Champion standards and ensure projects are delivered in accordance to the Bank&rsquos delivery framework.
• Provide inputs, support and challenge process or operating model to constantly identify opportunities to simplify and drive efficiency.
• Effective vendor management skills. Be able to contribute actively in negotiation conversations with external vendors.
• Develop opportunities for process standardization and efficiency across OB&P delivery portfolio
