Your Role :
We're looking for a Head of Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies & reduce TATs from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of all departments
- Maintaining effective organizational relationships
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality assurance,
- Performing any other tasks or duties requested by CXO.
- Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of relevant operational best practices and a proven track record in reducing operational inefficiencies by applying six sigma methodologies.
Persona:
- To be considered for this position, you must possess strong stakeholder management skills, have the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and have strong project management acumen. You should also have experience in operational management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, and have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
