• Sales compensation and plan benchmarking and design, Designed a sidebyside analysis and understanding for sales incentives plans
• Total Rewards Consulting including compensation structure design, variable pay, job evaluation, incentive review, salary structure design
• Compensation structure design.
• Ensure compliance to the regulations while defining the compensation and benefits Design, review and implement Sales Incentive Plans as per customized business needs. Review and suggest changes in the compensation structures, yearly increments and performance bonus compensation, incentives
