Job Title: Head – Planning & Contruction

We are currently developing high-end residential townships in Lonavala and are looking for a dynamic construction professional to lead these developments.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with a strong background in Luxury township construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Planning, end-to-end construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent technical knowledge and project management skills, who can coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of luxury township construction projects from ground-breaking to handover.
• Manage all on-site construction activities, including civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and landscaping works.
• Ensure construction milestones are met as per the master schedule and project budget.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams to streamline workflows.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor quality control systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and resolve on-ground issues promptly.
• Provide strategic input on construction methodologies, materials, and cost-saving techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for management review.
Job Expectations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, MEP services, and finishing standards.
• Hands-on experience in project planning.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in projects with premium architectural finishes and luxury detailing.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management
Minimum Qualification
12+ years of experience in the construction of township, construction of villas, hotels and commercial projec
Minimum Job Experience
Master’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
