Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- Lead and manage Transformation and Continuous Improvement Programs (Starting with Project Pragati Program actions) and provide effective oversight and governance support
- Act as focal point for market scanning of emerging transformation levers specifically in Automation, Analytics and Data management areas related to SSC covering the verticals of Finance, Procurement , HR, Performance reporting and Travel services

- Develop and implement structured Program management methodologies effective implementation and governance of Solution design and deployment emerging out of Transformation Programs
- Implement Program monitoring process and drive governance
- Program Plan Vs Actuals
Stakeholder engagement:
- Build Stakeholder relationships with key members of the SLT, Finance, Procurement and IT council
- Drive regular and effective stakeholder engagement review
