Head | Private Equity| Fund Accounting

Our client is a global bank and financial services firm with operations across the globe and they are actively seeking an experienced individual to be leading their Private Equity - Fund accounting team. This is a Director level role; you will be responsible to manage and grow the existing team and extensively interaction with other businesses and senior management in the organization. Some of the key responsibilities will include: • Manage global operational team and support business process optimization projects. • Monitor and ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables. • Ensure adequate systems and controls are in place and in compliance with relevant corporate policies. • Providing strategic support to business leaders. To be eligible for this role you will require: • A broad knowledge of Fund Accounting with 13-15 years of operational experience in the private equity sector. • Experience in setting up and managing large teams across locations. • Should have a strategic mindset with strong leadership and people management skills. • Experience in managing and influencing senior international stakeholders.
