Job Description
The person should have experience regarding the manufacturing processes of monoclonal antibodies/ bio-therapeutic proteins.
• The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating large-scale bioreactors (more than 1000 L, preferably having SS MOC), and disc-stack centrifuges.
• The candidate should have experience working on large-scale downstream equipment such as column chromatography (AKTA systems and Chromaflow and/or Axichrom columns) and TFF systems (preferably 30 Sq. meters and above).
• The candidate should be well-versed with the challenges of large-scale operations
• The candidate is expected to have a clear understanding of process data analyses, CQAs, NORs and present the same to the Unit-Head daily.
• The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of reviewing and approving the QMS documents by coordinating with QA/QC to implement the planned production schedule
