Strategy Formulation
•Develop strategies to formulate effective FCT and Non-FCT sales plans.
•Analyse overall sales effectiveness and develop solutions to improve performance.
•Strategically allocate sales effort and resources to leverage business based on identified client needs and local market conditions.
•Find and exploit New Potential Business Avenues.
•Monitor and use competitor's business model to our advantage.
Revenue:
•Deliver revenue in consonance with assigned target with optimised yield and market share.
•Develop performance plan as per AOP.
•Close deals successfully as per plans to leverage overall business keeping in mind season and off season business in collaboration with team.
•Evolve an efficient sales planning process by analysing the optimum FCT/Non-FCT mix for best returns and plan growth accordingly.
•Make innovations to focus on non-traditional revenue.
Client Relationship
•Develop and monitor an efficient client relationship process through excellent service delivery to ensure continuous business growth.
•Maintain existing clients and acquire and develop new clients.
•Maintain cordial relationship with clients and non-advertisers as well.
Business Growth
•Understanding client business needs & seasonality and accomplishing a plan to fulfil targets accordingly.
•Make a proper presentation to the client based on their need.
•Providing solutions to clients towards maximizing revenue for the organization.
•Conceptualise & monetise Special Initiatives.
•Providing & analysing competitive intelligence.

•Well exposed to all categories of clients.
•Passion for driving businesses with strong people skills.
•Ability to think creatively and drive execution innovatively.
