- Recovery in part or full, of a select portfolio of loans amounting more than 5000 Cr. secured by real estate property.

- Recovery efforts will involve all legal channels - NCLT, SARFESI, DRT, bilateral negotiation etc.

- Disposal of real estate through available channels
