Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the recruitment team in India and other International Locations
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent
• Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance Build relationships with universities and other talent pipelines to attract top talent
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes
Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in volume-based hiring, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams across multiple locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and make data driven decisions
