Job Description
Qualification:
o Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: MBA, CA or equivalent with around 15-18
years of Leading Branch Banking Teams, or Branch Liabilities Experience.
o Experience of working with a Private Bank or a SFB Bank in a Branch Banking Team
function, will be an added advantage.
o Experience of working in teams spread across geographies will be an added qualification.
o Client facing skills, working in a matrix with stakeholders in a startup Business and
exposure to Digital Banking is preferred.
Competencies / Skill Sets Required :
o The incumbent will possess Superior Sales Skills, and be a Self-Motivated person
with ability to deliver multiple Client products in an Branch Banking format.Cloud
Enabled, Digitized Sales tools, Apps & Tabs, and automated straight thru processes and
parameterized systems is a requirement.
o Ability to Offer value added products and services based on customer needs analysis
provided by the CRM and Business Intelligence teams and ensuring customer
understanding of those products
o Ability to mobilize Sales team and direct Sales efforts, and control the quality of sourced
Relationships; Superior Networking abilities to build client access.
o Ability to leverage organization competency to drive TASC deal closures ;
Conceptualization of support activities & RM assistance to source Clients
o Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly
and transparent operation with Fair Practices Code
