Job Description
- Build a strong distribution infrastructure in MP followed by other states in the future
- Develop sales plans, strategies, and policies with a view to increasing/sustain market share and profitability
- Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure the achievement of the sales plans and strategies
- Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and stockiest.
- Scan the environment to understand competitor's activities, demand-supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share
- Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development
- Sound knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes, including e-commerce
- Benchmark the current sales processes of the company with industry best practices and reform them to achieve optimal outcomes
- Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.
- Enhancing overall target orientation and focus of the sales team in delivering results.
- 15+ years of experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food Processing Industries (Preferably from Dairy industry)
- Looking for someone with a desire to make a mark & grow with the business into National role. Should have burning desire to elevate business into 2-3x levels from a start-up.
- High on accountability, delegation, strategic outlook with hands on ability for execution. Should be able to build the Sales & Distribution network in MP with free hand
