Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Seeking a Business Unit Head with visionary leadership and a robust background in jewellery retail to guide sales operations and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop business strategies that align with our mission to achieve significant growth and market presence.
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality service, and effective resource management.
- Sales and Growth: Implement innovative strategies to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability. Focus on expanding brand's reach within and beyond Jaipur.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of new retail formats and explore expansion models to accelerate growth.
- Franchise and Partnership Development: Manage and expand franchise operations, maintaining brand consistency and optimizing capital efficiency.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust business strategies for competitive advantage.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to ensure business profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Master's degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry, with a focus on business development and operational management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Experience in e-commerce, franchise management, and multi-location retail operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, fluent in English and local languages.
