Summary :
The Sales Operations Support Leader will Head , Build & Lead the Sales Operations Function for the Organisation. The Individual will work closely with the CXO's , Business Leaders & Sales Team Globally. Help understand current future tends for the sales function. Support the Sales Team to be able to deliver the results effectively.
Job Description:
- Provide data and guides to help the sales leadership teams
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends by units / teams/ regions etc.
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new offerings and ensure sales team is on board
Preferred Candidate:
- Incumbent who is currently working in BPO/ITeS industry
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist / Leader
- Hands on experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Should have managed Teams.
- Team working skills are critical
